FAQ
Are your herbs authentic?+
Yes. We source directly from Dao-Di (道地) growing regions and lab-test every batch for purity, potency, heavy metals, and pesticides.
What is blockchain provenance?+
Each herb batch carries an integrity hash recorded on Polygon, giving you verifiable proof of origin and batch.
How do I claim a free NFT?+
Purchase a herb, connect your wallet, visit /nft, and click Claim. Free — the platform pays Polygon gas.
Do NFTs cost money?+
No. Heritage NFTs are free digital collectibles, not securities, with no investment promise.
How long is shipping?+
Orders ship in 1–3 business days; international delivery 5–20 business days depending on region.
