Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened herbs cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Contact support@chineseherbmedicine.com with your order number to initiate a return. Refunds process within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.

NFT digital credentials are non-refundable once minted.
