30-Day Return Window
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
How to Return
Contact us at support@chineseherbmedicine.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund goes back to your original payment method via Creem.io.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened herbs, powders, teas, and extracts cannot be returned. NFT digital credentials are non-refundable once minted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
